Alloq Capital (“we”, “our”, “platform”) operates under a strict Zero-Knowledge and Privacy-First architecture. This policy describes how we handle information to ensure absolute anonymity for our users.

1. Anonymous Architecture & Identity Protection

We do not collect, store, or request your personal identity metrics. The platform operates completely without asking for your:

• Real Name or Surname
• National ID / Passport Numbers
• Phone Numbers or Personal Email Addresses

Access to your account, historical data, and dynamic dashboard is exclusively managed via a local 12-word cryptographic seed phrase generated on your device. If you lose this seed phrase, we cannot recover your data, as we do not store it on our servers.

2. Zero-Knowledge Financial Data

Any information you input regarding your financial capital, current assets, or investment goals is encrypted locally on your browser using AES-256 military-grade encryption before leaving your device. Our database only records anonymous, unreadable text strings.

3. AI Processing Privacy

Our autonomous AI agents process macro-financial models via secure, enterprise-grade API channels. Data transmitted for calculation is fully anonymized, stripped of metadata and IP addresses, and automatically deleted immediately after generating your strategy report. No user data is saved or used for AI model training.

4. Zero GDPR Footprint

Because Alloq Capital does not collect or process “Personally Identifiable Information” (PII), the platform does not maintain a database subject to traditional data breaches. You remain 100% invisible online.
